OneDome made everything much easier and less stressful

As first time buyers, we had no idea what to expect when buying our first property; however, OneDome made everything much easier and less stressful. Firstly, Paul Williams and Helena Grundy from CMME were amazing with finding us the best possible deal and updated us regularly on what stage we were at. Unfortunately, after to support and advice from Andrew Bilby at OneDome, we had to pull out from our first purchase due to having been misled throughout the entire purchase by estate agents/developers. However, we were lucky enough to find another property not long after. Throughout the entire process, Andrew was quick to respond to any of our points and requirements and chased the transaction from beginning to end - even chasing what was needed in the chain above. As a first time buyer, we had little knowledge of what to expect and what we needed to be provided - but Andrew was able to guide us through every step of the way and reassure us if there were any mishaps. The online Deal rooms were also very handy; it was nice to be able to access the platform 24/7 to see what stage we were at and if there were any updates. Andrew was also quick to respond to e-mails and return any calls if we had any queries. Thank you so much OneDome for all your help!
