Saltram Meadow

Saltram Meadow Phase 5 is set in a great location, in Plymstock, a popular suburb to the east of Plymouth. A new home here has the beautiful parkland of the National Trust's Saltram Estate close by, and the Dartmoor National Park and South Devon coastline are both within easy driving distance for days out.

The A38, Devon Expressway is a short drive from Saltram Meadows, providing a direct route across Devon, or into Cornwall via the Saltash Bridge. There's also a convenient commuting route into Plymouth city centre, by car or by bus, via the Laira Bridge. Plymstock has plenty of local amenities and living so close to the coast is always going to be a wonderful bonus. Bovisand and Wembury look out over Plymouth Sound, Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers are traditional coastal villages, and Mothecombe and Bigbury-on-Sea have sandy family beaches that will become firm favourites.
