Capel Tygwydd is the oldest chapel in Newcastle Emlyn, Carmarthenshire, Mid Wales. Built in the 16th century, this chapel is a wonderful example of traditional Welsh architecture. The interior of the chapel is stunning, with original wood panels, stone walls and a beautiful wooden ceiling. In addition to the chapel, Capel Tygwydd is home to a number of other historic buildings, including a 17th century mill and a 19th century manor house. The area is a popular destination for outdoor activities, and boasts beautiful views of the Teifi Valley.
