Edinburgh and Lothian

Edinburgh and Lothian is a region of Scotland located in the south-east of the country. It is bordered by the Firth of Forth to the north and the Scottish Borders to the south. The region includes the city of Edinburgh, Scotland's capital and the second most populous city in the country. The region is home to some of Scotland's best attractions, including Edinburgh Castle, Arthur's Seat and the Royal Botanic Garden.

The region is also known for its excellent quality of life and is a popular destination for tourists. There are many great places to live in the region, including the port town of Leith, the seaside resort of North Berwick, and the traditional town of Haddington. Further inland, the towns of Musselburgh, Dalkeith and Penicuik offer a more rural lifestyle. All of these towns are conveniently located within easy access of Edinburgh city centre.
