Guests can expect a modern comfortable property which includes a lovely lounge with smart TV, a large extended family room to the rear overlooking the garden with a further smart TV, allowing larger families to stretch out and enjoy separate relaxing spaces. The property benefits from a large fully fitted modern kitchen with all usual appliances and a separate large utility room with a ground floor guest w.c.
On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have king sized beds, and a further bedroom with two single beds, there is a family bathroom with a corner separate shower stall and a bath.
The garage is not included as this is used for storage.
The property is conveniently situated just a few hundred yards from the renowned Tynemouth Longsands Beach and a short walk to the Village Centre and Priory Castle
