The ground floor is occupied by the Bank and the first floor of the building is the offices, which
can be let either separately, as below, or together to meet a specific occupier's requirements.
Each of the offices is a singe room with its own front door which leads onto the landing, off
which are the shared WC facilities.

cleaning of common parts, insurance and management fees included within the rental quoted.
The occupier is liable to keep the premises in good condition and to return it at the end of the
Licence in the same condition.
