Catering rights are available to a new tenant for the sale of hot and cold (non-alcoholic) drinks and snacks. "Snacks" is defined as cakes, chocolate, sweet and savoury bars, crisps, sandwiches, filled rolls and paninis, ice creams and ice lollies. Any other food items are to be with the landlord's permission which must be expressly sought and obtained. A more definitive list of snacks to be offered for sale may be agreed prior to completion of the lease. The building will be provided in a shell state within the ingoing tenant to provide their own fixtures, fittings and furniture, to include kitchen facilities.
