The apartments are superbly located with easy access to public transport from Gloucester Road Underground station, and the Residence has secure underground parking available if you’re reaching us by car.

Rates are available for a minimum 90-night stay and are subject to seasonal fluctuations associated with short-term accomodation
Rates exclude VAT charged at 20% for first 28 nights,  and 4% from Night 29 onwards.
Payment monthly in advance, and 1 Month Deposit to secure booking 
All bills included (gas, electricity, council tax)
Weekly cleaning with change of linens and towels
Sleeps 6, or 7 with a rollaway bed

Pet Fee if required available at £ 150.00 per pet per stay
