This property is located on the main seafront road A259 and it is approximately a 15 minute walk to Lancing Railway station with its direct London links. There is also the number 700 coastliner bus on your doorstep that can take you to Worthing, Littlehampton and into Brighton the other way. Nearby you have shops, supermarket, cafes, pubs and restaurants in Lancing high street. We highly recommend the Perch caf? and Perch Gym which is a short walk opposite the flat lovely place to eat or have a walk along the Promenade. Lancing is a great place to kite surf and paddle boarding and nearby is the Wide Water Nature Reserve in Shoreham. There are plenty of beautiful villages and towns nearby to visit such as Arundel and Chichester.
