Looking through this property brochure should be a real pleasure when you see the modern contemporary styling and high quality, which offers the new owners a blank canvass on which to make their own mark. When you view the property you will see the superb condition, there are newly fitted double glazed windows, loft insulation to enhance energy efficiency, a high quality boiler and designer radiators.

The property benefits from an open plan family kitchen/diner, which is contemporary and well planned to suit modern family life. This connects to a lovely low maintenance garden that is not overlooked and there is plenty of space, a play house, a sprinkler system to keep the lawn in good condition and is an ideal size for families and a superb benefit.

To the front of the house there is a lounge with real wood flooring looking out onto a paved front garden with a hedge for privacy. With three well sized bedrooms on the first floor and a modern family bathroom with underfloor heating , there is also plenty of scope to further extend the property to the rear and into the loft space (subject to planning permission) as a number of other properties in this road have done.

Located in a residential road in the heart of Chingford Mount with superb access to shops, restaurants, banks, schools and transport links means this house is great for growing families.

What the Owner says:

When I purchased this house it was in need of major TLC but I could see it would make a really lovely family home.

Since then it has undergone considerable refurbishment so everything has been put in new. I took a lot of time to think about the needs of a modern family to create a home that responds to the way we live today.

The heart of the house is the kitchen/diner as it allows me to have family and friends over and we can keep an eye on the children playing in the garden. While I am cooking I can watch over my son doing his homework at the table or have friends over and not be stuck in the kitchen away from them.
