Lot 3 is accessed through a gateway in the western boundary, directly off Lyng Drove. LOT 3 — £40,000 Lot 3 (shaded blue) totals approximately 8.42 acres (3.40 hectares) and comprises a triangular shaped block of level lying permanent pasture, which is contained within ditch boundaries.
