DIRECTIONS
From Stokenham take the road sign posted towards East Prawle and continue along this road for about 4 miles. On reaching a fork in the road (and before entering the village of East Prawle), bear right, signed posted for Gara Rock, follow along this road for about half a mile and on reaching Moor Farm on the right hand side, the entrance to the land is directly opposite on the left hand side of the road.

DESCRIPTION
The site comprises pasture land extending to some 7.36 acres (2.98 hectares), to include a former Radio Mast and steel container, the full extent of the property being as shown outlined in red on the site plan.
The sellers undertake to dismantle and remove the mast between exchange of contracts and completion or within 8 weeks of legal completion (in the event that the weather or other factors may not allow this work to take place between exchange of contracts and completion) should the buyer not wish this to remain.
