We have enjoyed living in and looking after our home for the past 29 years and have been very happy here seeing our family grow up, and over the years taking pleasure in the sincere community feeling in our cul-de-sac.

The location is a very quiet one as we get no passing traffic but is within easy reach of Loughton Station and Loughton Town Centre - a walk to either taking around 20 minutes. Loughton Town Centre has an array of facilities to choose from, including restaurants, cafes and a range of shops. We also have a leisure centre, cricket club and a good selection of schools nearby.
