Bishops Court Farm is an ecological project creating an off-grid community location for work & play. This will combine a working farm and an open landscape for people to use with sustainable facilities for years to come. A new housing project where the farm and land is organic with the benefit of multi-use facilities for the community. The properties have under floor heating, hyper fast broadband and are clad in Norwegian Birch with elm flooring to the interiors. Apart from the two barn conversions there will be 3 new detached properties built and the properties will benefit from the eco farm itself including a livery yard, paddocks with field shelters & menage. All these properties have an opportunity to rent a livery stall etc should they require it. There is also an off-grid Café ‘The Snug’ and one of the barns will be used for monthly Jazz as part of the project.
