The property will be found to the left.

Location: Rockbeare village offers easy access to the Cathedral City of Exeter, M5 motorway, the popular market town of Ottery St Mary and the station at the nearby village of Whimple. The village has a Primary School in the centre and is within a stone’s throw of open countryside. Cranbrook is also close to Rockbeare, offering amenities such as shops, a primary and secondary school and a train station which has a direct line to London Waterloo.
