From our office in Ottery St Mary proceeded along Mill Street and turn right at the giveway. Follow this road (Fairmile Lane) for 1 1/2 miles. At the T Junction with the Old Post Office on your left, turn left and The Coaching Cottage will be found immediately on the left. To access The Coaching Cottage go to the end of the terrace and follow the gravel driveway which sweeps around to the rear of the terrace. The driveway for this property is to the right of the willow tree.

Fairmile is a hamlet in the English county of Devon, approximately 2 miles from Ottery St Mary in the valley of the River Tale.
Ottery St Mary, home of the world famous ‘Tar Barrels’, is one of the oldest and most historic towns in Devon and boasts an array of amenities including a range of independent shops – butcher, greengrocer, bakery, chemist, supermarket etc. There is an excellent range of schools including The Kings School and a first-class medical centre.
The town also has excellent road and rail links with access to the A30, M5 and London ‘Waterloo’ line only a short drive away. The City of Exeter and its International Airport are also close by.
