Cranbrook is a new town located on the outskirts of the Cathedral City of Exeter and has excellent commuting links with the City as well as Exeter Airport and the M5 Motorway only a short drive away. Cranbrook also has the benefit of its own mainline railway station just 10 minutes' walk away connecting Cranbrook to Exeter and London Waterloo.
