Roof removed and replaced all new insulation and felt batten and four velux windows installed. Both chimney stacks taken down and rebuilt. Two new lead trays to each stack and six new cream chimney pots on new flaunching.

All new fascia, soffits and guttering replaced on house and conservatory and garage. New cast iron effect guttering and down spouts.

All windows replaced with top rated windows. Six new sets of French doors.
