Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this four-bedroom detached home offers a highly adaptable space, perfect for various multi-generational families. It features the potential for ground floor living with a private entrance. Entering through the hallway, the ground floor is split into living and sleeping areas, including two downstairs bedrooms that could also serve as reception rooms, along with a convenient downstairs shower room. The hallway leads to an extended kitchen that accommodates a breakfast table and connects to a utility room with rear access. Adjacent to the kitchen is an additional reception room suitable for dining, followed by a spacious, bright living room. Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom, complete with both a bath and a separate shower. There is also ample storage space in the eaves. The generous rear garden is primarily laid to lawn and features a summer house that will stay with the property. At the front, there is parking available for two vehicles alongside a low-maintenance gravel area that could be expanded for additional parking. Situated on the outskirts of Portskewett, the property offers easy access to coastal walks and is just a short distance from Caldicot Castle and its country park. Local amenities, including the primary school, village shop, pub, and pharmacy, are all within walking distance. Don't hesitate to call Nathan James to arrange a viewing.

Surrounding Area
Portskewett (Welsh; Porth-is-Coed) meaning 'the harbour below the wood' is a small village in Monmouthshire, 4 miles from Chepstow and 1 mile from Caldicot. It has easy access by Motorway and Rail to both Cardiff and Bristol and is surrounded by beautiful countryside, leading to the Severn Estuary. The area has a fascinating history and was known as one of the three main ports in Wales during the 10th century. There is a small village shop, a junior school, doctor's surgery, pharmacy, church, and a pub close to the village centre along with many local walks and parks in the area. Most notably the remains of an old hunting lodge said to have been built by King Harold II in 1064 and destroyed during a battle in 1065 by Caradog ap Gruffydd.
