All our children are now grown-up & we have now welcomed our grandchildren & long to live nearer to them (given they all live outside London). However, the versatile living space /garden means they have all enjoyed stays here!

The property has been recently painted throughout & is well maintained. Recent additional features have been a newly fitted porch which can house the grandchildren’s folded buggy.

The property was extended (at the rear) just before we purchased it, giving extra light & dining space with plenty of storage. There is easy access to all local amenities – 5 min drive to Streatham Vale or Norbury Lidl (15-minute walk).

The High Street offers a wide range of shops/ eateries (Co-op, top Indian restaurants, Steakhouse, Pizza Hut & Caspar’s Desserts) & library. Readily available train links exist to Clapham Junction, Victoria & East Croydon. Local Bus routes are 255 to Balham (Northern Line), 109 to Brixton (Victoria Line) & 50 to Stockwell (Northern Line) all offering connections to tube network to City & West End within 15 minutes.

We will miss our friendly neighbours & walking down to Streatham Common & spending time relaxing there in the spring/summer".
