***Vendor's comments*** “I’ve felt really happy and comfortable living here in what was my first home purchase! Before moving here, I initially only wanted a two-bedroom but I was happy to choose this as it was very spacious for a one-bedroom and looked nice throughout. I work from home quite often and it’s always super calm, quiet and pleasant in the flat, without any daily disturbances. The large windows let in a lot of natural light and the greenery you see from the bedroom and living room is really nice. If you’re someone who likes peace and quiet, this will honestly be perfect for you.
I also can’t speak highly enough of the location. It’s walking distance away from a range of food places where you can get Caribbean, Chinese, pizza….I’ve used Subway for example countless times!
As someone’s who really into fitness, I can also get to the gym in East Croydon in less than 25 minutes door to door from Pebworth Lodge, and East Croydon is filled with restaurants in the Boxpark and beyond, which is great for Fridays or at the weekend. The flat is also really close to Norwood Junction where you can get a fast train to London which takes 12 minutes to get you to London Bridge. I also travel for work so I’ve been able to get to a direct train to Gatwick Airport easily from Norwood Junction. For any football fans, Selhurst Park is 10 minutes away and my biggest regret since moving here is that I didn’t go to a game!
For a one-bedroom, this has had everything I’ve needed. The only reason I’m moving on is to get a two-bedroom to use the 2nd bedroom as a home office and I also plan to move further out of London.
I can honestly say that it’s been a pleasure living here and if you move here, you won’t be disappointed!”
