And if you’re driving, the M25 is just seven minutes away, making road travel effortless.

Since moving in, we've made thoughtful upgrades, including brand-new double-glazed windows. Not only do they keep the home wonderfully warm and energy-efficient, but they also provide excellent sound insulation—creating a peaceful retreat despite being so well-connected. One of our favourite things about living here is how easy it is to escape into nature. The surrounding countryside and nearby fields offer beautiful walking routes, perfect for unwinding on bright summer evenings or refreshing weekend strolls.

This intimate building of just eight flats has a real sense of community. Our neighbours—a friendly mix of families, couples, and professionals—look out for one another, whether it’s a friendly chat in passing or someone taking in a parcel when you’re out.
