The station offers trains to London Bridge in just 12 minutes, and with Thameslink, Overground, and Southeastern services all running from there, no amount of delays or strikes has ever stopped us from finding a route to work or getting home. This has given us a wonderful work-life balance. The station also has direct trains to Gatwick, making airport travel stress-free for holidays.

We will truly miss the stunning South Norwood Lakes Park—a hidden gem in the area. With a beautiful lake at its heart, a boating club, tennis courts, and a small café that serves coffee year-round and ice cream in the summer, it’s a wonderful place to spend time throughout the year. Being less than a minute away at the bottom of the road, it’s perfect for dog walkers or joggers looking to start their day in the tranquillity of nature.

The flat is also a short walk from the famous Crystal Palace Triangle, home to numerous antique shops, art galleries, coffee and wine shops, and a huge selection of popular restaurants and pubs. It has been truly wonderful to have such an incredible hub of places to enjoy right on our doorstep."
