Outside

Sandpiper Building (adjacent to Woodberry Down reservoir) is very popular development for its many benefits including, a secure parking space in the underground car park, 24-hour concierge service and residents only gym and pool.

The Woodberry Down Reservoir & Wetlands is an eleven-hectare nature reserve with a rich history, where wildlife is flourishing. It has a commitment to sustainable living and community-focused design, with a wonderful path around its perimeter. The East reservoir is built and set aside for a more sustainable approach to a wetland, whilst still providing a great space for the public to enjoy. The West reservoir is designed heavily with water sports, sailing club etc... there is also a fantastic open water swimming area.

Woodberry Down is a vibrant and rapidly regenerating neighbourhood in North London, situated in the borough of Hackney. This up-and-coming area offers a unique blend of urban living and natural beauty with the picturesque Woodberry Wetlands nature reserve at its heart.

In The neighbourhood

Woodberry Down has a relaxed scene, on the cusp of some bustling areas of Finsbury Park & Stoke Newington. Our personal favourite local cafe is the Coal House Cafe, right on the reservoir serving up hearty sandwiches and brunches and fantastic coffee? only a 10 minute walk from your front door.

Our preferred place to have a pint is The Auld Shillelagh, on Stoke Newington Church Street, despite being a little further down Lordship Road, it is a nice 15 minutes stroll and you are in the throng of N16. Another great family pub is The Brownswood, with a great food menu and a beautiful beer garden.

Stamford Hill & Finsbury Park are at the centre for everything you need for everyday life, including big chain supermarkets, local shops and fantastic fruit and veg shops.

?

Transport and connections

Manor House Underground station is a 13-minute walk and Stamford Hill overground is a 10-minute walk away, and a plethora of 24hr buses go down the main road.
