Willow Lodge is one of ten timber framed lodges on the Clun Valley Lodges Park. The lodge is approximately 11m x 6.8m, which is circa 8 years old. Clun Valley Lodges is a warden-ed site and also has a laundry room. The lodge may be used for 12 months of the year for holiday and recreational purposes only and not as your only or main permanent residence. The current pitch fee is £4325 per annum, which includes park maintenance, emptying of the septic tank and council tax. This fee is payable on the 1st March each year. The current fee has been paid and will be included in the sale price. The property benefits from a car parking space and fishing rights on the River Clun.
