Why the owner loves the property:
When we bought this house, it was a three bedroom, near the school we wanted to enroll our then only son, a lovely quiet neighbourhood, in walking distance to school, towns, parks and the train station. Since moving here, we had two other children and they have all grown up in this house, playing in the large garden. One of the other reasons we wanted this home, was the size of plot allowed us to extend, making a 5 bedroom home and yet keep the large outside space, we also added a garage and expanded the drive from single to a large double drive.The home was always roomy, but the extension really allowed us to develop as a family and we ensured ample storage. We converted one of the bedrooms to a study, added additional downstairs shower room and a very useful utility room, to free up more space in the kitchen. We have fully insulated both lofts and the new attic lift in the extension, we added a descending ladder, to make for an invaluable space, the children even used it as a playroom at one time.This was an ideal home for us and our expanding family, and would make a great home for another family.
