We have been informed by the vendors solicitor that it is proposed that:
?If within the period of 10 years following completion the buyer or the buyer`s successors in title were to dispose of all or part of the 10 metres of land at the end of the garden separately from the remainder of the plot, the buyer or the buyer`s successors in title will pay to the seller or the seller`s successors in title the sum of ?30,000. `Disposal` would be defined as including a Transfer of Part and lease and perhaps other forms of disposition.
