Lying across two levels the beautifully appointed accommodation comprises two bedrooms, two shower rooms, one with a steam shower, a large sitting room, a breakfasting kitchen and a box room, which provides a perfect space for a foldaway office. With cleverly designed internal storage which includes two attic spaces, one with loft ladder access, and a utility cupboard, the property is also double glazed with electric radiators and a wood-burning stove in the sitting room.

To the rear lies the most charming garden with a covered decked area leading to more extensive decking with lovely rural views. A paved patio area sits beside the old stone-built pig-sty and accesses the most fabulous timber-built garden studio with slate roof which provides excellent versatility either as a workspace or studio along with bunk-bed space and is an excellent addition to the existing accommodation. Beyond the garden studio lies a generous lawn with a peaceful rural backdrop, a real feature of this property which should be viewed to be appreciated.
