You enter the Victory Bower via a spacious windowed hallway that has a very handy coat cupboard which is an ideal storage space, here and throughout the kitchen and lounge area you will notice the flooring is a wood effect lino, ideal to add a touch of your own colour in a rug or two while still being ideal to keep dry and clean.

The kitchen is an open plan style with free standing table with 2 chairs and a bench seat with black iron effect legs and leads right in to the lounge area. The kitchen comes complete and fitted with an integrated fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All with the modern black finish on the handles and tap.

The Bower lounge is bathed in natural light because of the large front windows and the blue/grey feature wall puts you instantly at ease. Switch on the log effect fire, stretch out on the huge L-shaped sofa perfect to relax into. There's room for a 50 TV so load up your Netflix list, grab a bag of popcorn (sweet or salty?) and wrap yourself in your favourite furry throw.

Back in the hallway, we come to the main bathroom with a full sized bath with overhead shower and a glass shower screen, the basin with vanity unit and w.c.. There is plenty of floor space ideal for all family members.

Next door is the second bedroom comes with 2 full size (3by6ft) beds and a wardrobe with a shelf and mirror plus a TV port.

Finally, we enter the master bedroom where you will find a spacious en-suite, it comprises of a large shower cubical, basin with unit and mirror, a w.c. plus a towel rail. Going further into the room you have a chest of draws and a King-size bed with ambient lighting, bed side tables and a double wardrobe.
