Dal-Rhoin is a lovely detached bungalow situated in the village of Southend on the southern tip of the Kintyre peninsula.

The Property has three bedrooms, a lounge with a wood burning stove, newly fitted kitchen, shower room, and a utility room which is plumbed for a washing machine. All the windows are double glazed, and the doors are UVPC. The large front garden is accessed through an entrance gate and to the right of the property there is off road parking. Both the front and, back garden is laid to grass and is easily maintained.

The property is a Dorran style of non-traditional construction; however, the current owners upgraded the property in circa 2012. The outer walls have been reclad externally and subfloor ventilation provided, making the property suitable for normal mortgage purposes.

Southend is a quiet residential Village which holds the Award winning Muneroy Tearooms, Dunaverty Golf Club The village is blessed with fantastic sea views, and is within walking distance of Dunaverty Bay and Carskey Bay both of which boast sandy beaches. Southend is the penultimate stop of the Kintyre Way which stretches from Tarbert in the north, criss-crossing the peninsula for 89 miles finishing at Machrihanish. Southend also forms the southern point of Kintyre 66, a sixty six mile loop around one of Scotland's most scenic and often overlooked regions.

Campbeltown has a wide range of services including several supermarkets, primary and secondary schooling, a leisure centre with a swimming pool and small cinema, the oldest in Scotland. It is also home to several whisky distilleries, including the famous Springbank. The town also has a large marina with berths for visiting yachts, a chandlery, marine fuelling station and lifeboat station.
Campbeltown Airport has direct flights with Logan air to Glasgow International Airport up to 5 times per week. A fast boat service known as the Kintyre Express operates between Campbeltown and Ballycastle 4 days per week from April to October.
