Location
Buckfastleigh is a small market town situated beside the A38 Devon Expressway, providing a direct link to the cites of Plymouth and Exeter as well as the M5, which makes it a great location for commuters. The town itself has a Primary school, Health centre, Post office, Newsagent and Co-Operative store, along with a variety of cafes, shops, and pubs.

The town offers a wide range of tourist attractions, such as an open-air swimming pool, the historic Buckfast Abbey and grounds, Dart Rock climbing centre, Pennywell Farm, the Butterfly and Otter sanctuary and the South Devon Railway.

The Norman town of Totnes is approximately 7 miles away providing a wide range of amenities and shops, including a mainline railway station getting to London Paddington in approximately 3 hours.

Description
This characterful two-bedroom terrace cottage is located within a level walk of Buckfastleigh town centre and local amenities. It comes complete with a large, detached garden, unrestricted on road parking, gas central heating, and Upvc double glazing. It is the perfect property for first time buyers, someone looking to downsize, or a buy to let.

As you enter the property there is an open planned living room and kitchen. This room is flooded with light from a large window to the front and benefits from a stone fireplace complete with multi fuel burner.

The kitchen has a range of floor and wall mounted cupboards with integrated electric oven and gas hob. There is space for a washing machine and free-standing fridge freezer.

On the first floor is a double bedroom and family bathroom. The double bedroom is generous in size and finished to a neutral d?cor. The family bathroom has a white suite with shower over the bath.

There is a further good-sized loft room, this is a versatile space flooded with light from the two Velux windows, it also benefits from two radiators, making it a cosy space. This is currently being used as a bedroom, however, could also accommodate a home office/studio space if required. Please note there is slightly restricted head height in places.

Outside adjacent to the property is an outbuilding complete with electric. The garden is tucked at the back of the terrace, you access this via a communal walkway. This a lovely private space which benefits from sunshine all day. There is unrestricted on road parking at the front of the property.
