Note from the Vendors: One of the main reasons we bought this apartment was just how spacious it felt; bright with high ceilings, a large terrace and good sized bedrooms. We also liked that it was built with sustainability in mind which has benefited us financially as we've found the apartment very low cost to run and maintain. The location too was a significant plus, based in parkland, the apartment benefits from dual aspect views and really comes into its own during the summer months. Brenley Park is also extremely well located for travelling into central London. Mitcham Eastfields is less than a 10minute walk away with routes into many of the commuter hub stations covered including Victoria, Kings Cross St Pancras, Blackfriars, London Bridge and City ThamesLink. There are so many perks to living at Brenley Park and we've thoroughly enjoyed living here in our beautiful home. Whilst for us it's time to move on, we really hope its next owner(s) enjoy making this their new home just as much as we have.
