I bought the property in 2019 as I saw great potential and after some updating we ve created a lovely space that s in an ideal position. Our cocker spaniel loves the garden which has lots of space and is fully enclosed. We added the patio to the far end a couple of years ago and this gets lots of sun late into the evening so we have enjoyed lots of BBQs around our fire pit. The great thing about living here in Shire is how easy it is to get around. Within a few minutes walk from the house you can get a bus or a train to the centre, the station or to Clifton which is also only ten minutes away along the Portway in the car. The proximity of the M5 also means it s really quick to get on the road to go and see friends and family further afield.

Welcome to this charming semi-detached three-bedroom property that boasts off street parking a 56ft southerly facing garden and comes to the market with no onward chain. Attributes that make this house an ideal first-time purchase.

Upon entering via the gated off street parking, you are greeted by a cosy sitting room at the front, a perfect spot to unwind. The sitting room which can seamlessly also be used for dining connects to the kitchen space, creating a flow that is both practical and stylish. The well fitted kitchen follows, providing a functional space for culinary endeavours, with fitted wall and base units that provide ample storage and a window that overlooks the rear garden a tranquil vista to accompany your culinary creations.

Venturing upstairs there are three bright, good sized bedrooms and a well fitted shower room.

As we step outside The rear garden is a real sun trap and is tastefully finished offering an enticing canvas for your imagination. To the front of the abode resides a second lawned garden that is cleverly enclosed by greenery to offer privacy.
