This splendid detached bungalow is in excellent condition both inside and out. The meticulous owner has been in residence for 21 years and has altered and adapted the accommodation to 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The rooms offer space, light and adaptability for guest suite/ dependent relative. Further, there is a huge attic which, sub pp, offers further potential.

This extremely well presented property offers far more than your average bungalow and the only way to find out, is to arrange a viewing, you will not be disappointed! So, if you're looking for a home offering space, bright rooms, potential for a dependant relative and more.... this is it! The present owner has thoughtfully extended the bungalow which now comprises adaptable 4 bedroom accommodation with 3 bathrooms, 2 en suite. Constructed by Messers. Lovell Homes in the early 1990's to traditional cavity construction, the bungalow has pleasing rendered elevations on a brick plinth all under a concrete tiled roof. The front elevation has attractive part stone feature and vertical timber style feature to the front gable There is the benefit of gas fired central heating with pressurised hot water system along PVC double glazing throughout. You enter the property via a newly replaced porch leading to the entrance door which has an attractive stained glass side light. The hall offers access to the majority of rooms. The good size living room opens almost entirely into the conservatory rebuilt in 2020 to include remotely operated window blinds therefore, making this a very bright and spacious room. Also from the hall are 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having built in wardrobes and a well appointed en suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a large freestanding double wardrobe and bedroom 3 has a double fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom is a lovely subtle lemon coloured suite. The kitchen has built in double oven and gas hob along with ample working surfaces. From the living room there is access to the inner hall, this serves bedroom 2 which includes and en suite shower room. Here there is a workshop which would be ideal as a kitchen and so this would make for an ideal area for a dependent relative. Furthermore, there are stairs from the workshop to the boarded attic space; this is an impressive area which offers tremendous potential to develop (Sub to PP).The bungalow stands in a slightly set back position in this very sought after area, there is a good size drive with good off road parking to the front for 4 cars, or boat/caravan. There is gated side access to the rear garden which is a good size and laid principally to lawn for easy maintenance with a patio area to the sunniest corner and a summer house to the lower corner. The 4th bedroom has access to the raised patio via a door. The garden is a good size yet easy to maintain, offers a very good degree of privacy and has a good outlook. This is a wonderful opportunity to move to a property which is in tip top order and has potential for the next owner to take advantage of the space in the attic (sub. pp). Therefore, we thoroughly recommend a viewing at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment. The property is situated in the ever popular Moor Lea cul de sac which is to the South Eastern edge of Braunton village so it is within an easy drive of the village centre and a brisk walk via 'chicken lane.' and only a few minutes walk from Braunton Academy and Southmead Primary School.
