DIRECTIONS

On entering Salcombe, continue along Main Road where the road contours around the side of the hill to the left before reaching the next junction. At this junction turn left into Devon Road, and left again into St Dunstans Road. The woodland is located on the right hand side. Further up the hill you will find a driveway for Lorima which has a right of way for access to the woodland.

METHOD OF SALE

The property is offered for sale by traditional online auction (unless sold prior). The auction end date is 23/11/23 and exchange will occur when the online timer reaches zero (provided the seller's reserve price has been met or exceeded).
