Just outside the back door, there is a WC, and a small utility space which has plumbing for a washing machine. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, the master of which enjoys a dual aspect outlook with splendid views over the garden and towards Ugborough Beacon. The family shower room is also situated on this ground floor. Upstairs there is a spacious home office with roof windows and lots of storage as well as a further bedroom and WC.
