From Epping Town Centre proceed south on the B1393 for approx 2 miles to the Wake Arms roundabout. Take the fourth exit onto the A121/Honey Lane to the roundabout with the M25. Continue under the M25 on Honey Lane for approx 2 miles. Before reaching the mini roundabout at the junction with Farm Hill Road, take the last turning on the right, Eastbrook Road and the house will be found a short way down on the left hand side.
