Broken Green Farm is an attractively located period house situated close to the highly regarded Hertfordshire village of Much Hadham. This is an area popular with commuters as there is easy access to London by road on the A10 and M11 and by train either from Bishops Stortford, Ware or Hertford.
The oldest part of this Grade II Listed house dates back to the 17th century and the Listing suggests that there was a 19th century addition described as a north wing to the rear of the property. The building is constructed with a mixture of traditional timber frame with render and brickwork.
When the current owners moved in some time ago they renovated the property, which is now a mixture of the old with some exposed timbers and more modern with much art deco styling.
